Every resignation letter should respect certain rules and practices. It should include the full name of the employee and all details of the recipient to whom the letter is addressed. You then need to express your wish to leave your job, and maybe explain your reasons, but in an objective way. You must stipulate the date on which you period of notice will begin and the date of your last working day. Of course, you will then need to sign your resignation letter and leaving space for your employer’s signature.
