We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager based in London, experienced in selling HR & recruitment solutions preferable within a technology solutions environment.
The Key Account Manager UK will be reporting to the Regional Sales Director UKIE and will be based in our office in London.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize a strong combination of consultative and solution selling skills to manage and grow a territory-defined account base,
- Be a consultative sales expert on Jobrapido recruitment solutions and their value in helping clients hire the best talent into their organizations,
- Grow and maintain a portfolio of key accounts,
- Launch, grow and nurture client relationships; maintain highly visible within the defined client base,
- Analyze client needs across their business; Present targeted recruitment solutions and packages to meet those needs and influence at the appropriate level to deliver sales,
- Consistently position Jobrapido as the leading recruitment solutions provider; efficiently helping client’s self-brand and hire,
- Work proactively and cross-functionally within Jobrapido organization to ensure that deals are grown and optimized.
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid experience in selling transactional and consultative sales solutions,
- Experience in selling HR & recruitment solutions preferable within a technology solutions environment, value-based and/ or online-based services desirable,
- Proven ability to upsell and organically grow accounts,
- Understanding and experience of working on UK Nationwide (international) accounts,
- Willingness to travel UK Nationwide for coverage of assigned market territory,
- Proven record of advancing sales roles with increased sales goals and territory/quota responsibilities,
- Proven record of hitting and exceeding quota,
- Well organized, highly communicative, proactive with an entrepreneurial attitude,
- Strong familiarity with digital/online solutions and the big data that supports ROI
- Experienced in Sales Force, sales analysis and basic Sales metrics (pipeline/forecast management),
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Preferably holding a network of decision makers within the HR/Media and Staffing environment,
- Graduate level or equivalent preferable.
