Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a high calibre Business Development Manager for our London Office in order to accelerate our growth and increase Jobrapido’s penetration in the local market. You will be the first line of the company with customers and prospects focusing on winning and retaining new customers as well as upselling and cross-selling into a portfolio of existing accounts.
Reporting into the Regional Sales Director your focus will be primarily on the UK and (to a lesser degree) the US markets.
What will you be doing?
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
- Developing and implementing best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy
- Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets.
- Promoting all the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Ensuring Sales Contracts adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Providing trustworthy feedback and work with after-sales support
- Work in Salesforce CRM to efficiently input and track data.
- Facilitating the build-up of long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Working closely with Channel Partners, Advertising Agencies and programmatic platforms to develop and grow revenue streams
What are the competencies & qualifications needed?
- Extensive New Business sales experience, with a history of outperforming targets and comfortable prospecting
- Knowledge and experience working within the recruitment industry
- Understanding of Pay-For-Performance commercial models and Programmatic Advertising
- Experience of working with customers both directly and also via Third Party channels
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
