Business Development Manager (UK)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a high calibre Business Development Manager for our London Office in order to accelerate our growth and increase Jobrapido’s penetration in the local market. You will be the first line of the company with customers and prospects focusing on winning and retaining new customers as well as upselling and cross-selling into a portfolio of existing accounts.
Reporting into the Regional Sales Director your focus will be primarily on the UK and US markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with relevant industry experience to work at the heart of a company providing true programmatic, performance marketing solutions to the recruitment industry and to refine and develop skills and experiences that are at the leading edge of what is available in the market today.
What are the preferred competencies & qualifications?
- Extensive New Business sales experience, with a history of outperforming targets
- Solutions-focused approach
- High degree of Numeracy and ability to interpret Data
- Knowledge and experience of working within the recruitment industry
- Understanding of Pay-For-Performance commercial models and Programmatic Advertising
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Desire to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
