Sales Support Executive – part time
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our sales team in Glasgow city centre during an exciting time of growth!
We currently have an open position for Sales Support Executive – part time - that will work closely with our young and dynamic inside sales function. You will be a very important part of the team, helping support them in this exciting growth journey, as they take a highly innovative and completely unique recruitment solution to businesses across the UK.
What will you be doing?
- Lead generation activities using a variety of methods, tools and sources (eg. Market intelligence tool, LinkedIn, job boards, telephone, email)
- Data cross referencing
- Use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to record & capture information
- Use company CRM – Salesforce – to input new leads
- Liaise with team members as required to fully qualify new leads
- Follow up prospecting activities on new leads generated eg. LinkedIn messaging, outbound emails
- Ad hoc tasks & activities
What are the competencies & qualifications needed?
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Candidates must be residence in Glasgow and/or surroundings.
- Candidates should preferably (but not essential) have completed a college or university qualification.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of salesforce preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills combined with a high level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
- Good attention to detail.
- A team player who is excited by the opportunity to develop personal skills.
